Technical Data Coordinator

Role summary / purposeData Analyst position focused on processing technical information documents and CAD data within proprietary systems. This role involves database management, quality assurance, and support for engineering change requests and supplier submissions.Key responsibilitiesProcess technical information documents and CAD data using work instructions to complete database entry, quality checks, and document/data bundling and releaseInterface with Engineers and provide follow-up support on technical information returned for correctionProcess and manage Manufacturing and Supplier Engineering Change Requests and supplier submission of technical information documents and CAD dataSupport suppliers in approval drawing submissionAdminister proprietary data sending system, investigate errors, and resolve or coordinate resolution from responsible departmentsTroubleshoot process problems and identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and deliveryCreate activity-specific training materials and job aidsProvide proprietary system and process training and support to end usersApply and maintain system user accounts and access rightsPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements - education & experience2-year associates degree preferred2+ years of relevant experience preferredBasic understanding of vehicle structure at a component level preferredRequired skillsStrong sense of customer serviceExcellent organizational skillsProficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, and Internet ExplorerAbility to quickly learn proprietary systems and processesStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-orientedAbility to meet deadlinesSelf-motivated and hardworkingAbility to work flexible hours when required by workloadHigh degree of interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a culturally diverse team environment Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
