PeopleSoft Developer – HCMLocation: Arlington, VA – OnsiteClearance: Active Secret ClearanceCitizenship: U.S. Citizen RequiredContract: Contract / Contract-to-HireDuration: Long-TermExperience: 5+ Years PeopleSoft DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer to design, build, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM applications within a Federal environment.The successful candidate will have strong hands-on PeopleSoft development experience across customizations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions, with experience supporting core HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor.This role will work within a SAFe/Agile environment, collaborating closely with architects, business analysts, functional teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality HCM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft HCM customizations.Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, and related development tools.Build and support interfaces and integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems.Develop and maintain PeopleSoft reports, processes, and batch programs.Support data conversions, migrations, and validation activities.Work across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules.Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.Collaborate with functional analysts, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design sessions.Develop technical documentation and follow established development and security standards.Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing PeopleSoft modernization initiatives.Required Experience5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.3+ years of experience working in a Federal HCM environment.Strong hands-on experience with PeopleCode.Strong experience with Application Engine.Experience developing PeopleSoft interfaces, reports, customizations, and conversions.Experience supporting one or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules:Core HRBenefitsPayrollTime & LaborExperience working in SAFe, Agile, or Scrum environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Active Secret Clearance required.U.S. Citizenship required.Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA.Nice to HaveExperience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker.Experience with REST/SOAP web services and enterprise integrations.Experience with SQL and Oracle databases.Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and modernization projects.Experience with PeopleTools development and administration.Experience working on large-scale Federal HCM implementations.PeopleSoft certifications or Oracle certifications.Why This Role?This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer to work on a significant Federal HCM modernization initiative, contributing to the development and enhancement of critical PeopleSoft applications across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor.Interested?
