The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of software development experience and the flexibility to work across Java, Python, and Node.js applications.RequiredThe development environment is evolving beyond a Java-only technology stack. Candidates should be comfortable switching between languages, projects, and architectures based on business needs. Strong experience in at least two of the following backend technologies is required:JavaPython with FastAPINode.jsAngular 10+ experience is required for front-end development. Candidates must also have hands-on AWS experience from both development and operational perspectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.Build backend services using Java, Python/FastAPI, and Node.js.Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular 10 or later.Develop and support cloud-native applications on AWS.Work with AWS Lambda and other serverless technologies.Contribute to traditional enterprise applications and newer AI-driven and agentic solutions.Move effectively between different programming languages and application architectures.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend practical solutions.Explain technical decisions, design choices, and problem-solving approaches clearly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.Required Qualifications10+ years of software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Java and related backend frameworks.Strong experience in at least two of the following: Java, Python, or Node.js.Hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI is highly preferred.Strong Angular 10+ development experience.Hands-on experience developing and supporting applications on AWS.Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.Ability to work across multiple technology stacks and adapt to changing project needs.Strong analytical, debugging, and structured problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience developing AI-enabled or agentic applications.Experience integrating applications with AI services or large language models.Experience modernizing existing Java applications.Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Experience owning technical components or contributing to application architecture.Current Project EnvironmentThe Selected Candidate May Work Across Several Applications, IncludingA Python and FastAPI-based application.An AWS Lambda-based application focused on AI and agentic capabilities.Existing enterprise applications developed in Java.Interview ProcessRound 1: Coding Assessment30-minute coding session conducted through Zoom using Glider AI.Candidates will receive a relatively straightforward coding problem.The evaluation will consider both the final solution and the candidate's problem-solving process.Candidates Should Be Prepared ToExplain their understanding of the problem.Describe their proposed approach before coding.Communicate their reasoning throughout the exercise.Demonstrate a structured problem-solving process.Arrive at a workable and accurate solution.Round 2: In-Person Panel InterviewInterview with a four-member panel.Focus on technical experience, behavioral questions, communication, and project contributions.Candidates Should Be Prepared To DiscussComplex problems they have solved.Projects they have owned or supported.Technical challenges and how they addressed them.Their specific responsibilities and individual contributions.Collaboration with technical and business teams.The measurable impact of their work.
