Applicants for the Chief of Staff/Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in senior leadership roles within a $50M+ revenue organization, with a proven track record of P&L ownership and operational efficiency. The role requires a leader who is adept at leading cross-functional initiatives, scaling infrastructure, and developing talent. Experience with EOS or a similar operating system is strongly preferred, as is a background in CPG, manufacturing, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be a humble, smart, and curious individual, capable of leading through influence and with a strong focus on growth and opportunity.
