The Chief of Staff will also serve as the backbone for leadership initiatives, ensuring alignment and progress across teams, and will be responsible for supporting the CEO with real-time intelligence for effective leadership operations. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 6 years' experience in operations, PMO, or a similar role, and proficiency in AI tools. The role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to push back on leadership when necessary to ensure clarity and accountability. Excellent written communication skills are essential, as is experience in remote work environments and managing distributed teams.
