The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for designing and refining the Founder’s operating infrastructure, managing personal logistics, and optimizing daily workflow for maximum efficiency.Applicants must have 5-12+ years of experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of operating across both strategic and detailed support. An entrepreneurial mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach are essential. The role requires a candidate with strong operational instincts, experience in building systems and processes independently, and a willingness to be fully hands-on in both personal and professional domains. Familiarity with modern tools, automation, and AI workflows is a plus, as is an interest in finance, investing, or venture ecosystems.
