The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and profitability, overseeing all financial functions including accounting, financial planning, and compliance, and developing and implementing robust internal controls and processes. This role also involves providing commercial insights to optimize profitability, managing investor relations, and leading a dedicated finance team. The Head of Finance and Accounting will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial data analysis. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in finance leadership roles. A background in the ecommerce or consumer products industries is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and compliance, as well as a proven ability to manage investor relations and external partnerships. A CPA or MBA is preferred, and knowledge of SEC filings is a plus.
