About the RoleThe Human Resources Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at our South San Francisco facility, is a concierge role in support of all employees in the plant operations space, playing a pivotal role in shaping a holistic, full life cycle employee experience journey, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and fostering growth through structured training and development programs. This role will also support plant operations through attendance and time tracking and management, in addition to partnering directly with the payroll and finance teams. The role is designed to enhance employee engagementt, development, and retention, contributing to the overall success of the organization. What You'll Do:Talent Wage & Hour Coordination:Daily audits of non-exempt timecards, reviewing for missed punches, late/short/no lunches; takes necessary corrective action with both Team Member and supervisor; purpose is to ensure total compliance with wage and hour requirements and policies Daily review and communication of hours worked to operations leadership, reviewing and identifying trends, patterns and outliers of overtime and double-time Tracking of attendance program, including tracking points and corrective actions Support of supervisors when supervisors create Corrective Action Template related to attendance Talent AttractionProcess incoming resumes, complete initial screening and select top candidates for interviews Ensure established hiring processes are followed Onboarding:Support the creation and ongoing management of a seamless and effective onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared. Onboard/help load and train on HRIS mobile system for all incoming Team Members. Serve as a key point of contact for hourly new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during their onboarding process. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all onboarding documentation and systems access. Ensure files are accurately created and fully maintained from hire to termination Training and DevelopmentManage training system Alchemy for site specific location. Support workshops, webinars, and ongoing training sessions Track the effectiveness completion of training programs Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or general operations administration roles leading / aiding Team Member experience. Fluent in English and Spanish Proficient in HR software, onboarding tools, and employee feedback platforms Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with precision and a high level of attention to detail Ability to model a people-oriented approach with a passion for creating positive experiences at every stage of the employee lifecycle Bring a proactive approach with the ability to anticipate future needs Good collaborative skills, effectively with various departments and leadership Proven analytical skills, using data to make informed decisions and improvements to employee experience programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
