The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and general HR administration while fostering a positive and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring.Create and deliver onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth employee transitions.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring proper resolution in alignment with company policies.Promote a positive workplace culture and support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.Compliance and Policy Administration:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.Assist in implementing HR programs and initiatives that comply with legal and ethical standards.Performance Management:Support managers in employee reviews and performance improvement plans.Provide guidance and resources to promote professional development and training for staff.HR Systems and Data Management:Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Prepare regular HR-related reports and metrics.Payroll and Benefits Administration:Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation and benefits.Assist employees with questions or concerns about pay and benefits.Other Administrative and Strategic Tasks:Manage day-to-day administrative HR operations.Work collaboratively with HR leadership to support strategic initiatives
