Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,200 - $2,320 Location: Fargo, North Dakota (zip code 58102) — Fargo nursing jobs / North Dakota travel nurse opportunity Setting: Acute Care – Med/Surg Unit (10 beds) Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 25, 2026 – August 24, 2026) Shift: 12-hour nights; every other weekend required — ideal for experienced night shift travel nurses Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week Employment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel RN Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required — strong Med/Surg and acute care background; first-time travelers will not be considered Experience in a larger hospital (250 beds), Level II or higher trauma center preferred Epic EMR experience required BLS certification (AHA) Active North Dakota RN license or a compact nursing license, or willingness to obtain Candidate must not reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility Scrubs: Navy blue (facility dress code) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to general Med/Surg and acute care patients as a registered nurse Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care Demonstrate competency across the full scope of Med/Surg nursing skills and clinical knowledge Apply age and population-specific standards in clinical practice Float to other Med/Surg units across Fargo campuses as needed to support patient care Utilize clinical equipment including Epic EMR, AccuDose, bladder scanner, Phillips monitors, and telemetry systems Maintain expected nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1 on night shift Experience Fargo’s welcoming community while advancing your travel nurse career in a supportive, modern acute care environment.
