Youll help people remain safe, healthy, and as independent as possible where they live.ResponsibilitiesSupport with daily living activities (ADLs), personal care, and hygiene as neededCoach independent living skills, community integration, and social activitiesFollow person-centered plans and behavioral strategies; complete accurate, timely documentationAssist with medications per policy (if trained/authorized)Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow health/safety protocolsCommunicate professionally with individuals served, families, and team membersMinimum requirements18+ years old; high school diploma or equivalentValid CA drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insuranceAble to pass DOJ/FBI background check (Live Scan) and eligible to work in the U.S.Current or willingness to obtain quickly: CPR/First Aid and TB/health screeningCompletion of required new-hire and in-service trainings (paid)Experience as a DSP/caregiver preferred but not requiredAbility to assist with transfers and be on your feet for extended periodsWhat we offerFull-time and part-time schedulesStarting pay of $18.25 per hourPaid training and ongoing professional developmentSupportive team culture with growth opportunitiesLive Scan reimbursement at 50% with receipt (per company policy)Optional on-call/backup shifts for additional hoursTypical schedulesDay, swing, and overnight shifts; weekend/holiday availability may be requiredHow to apply (Indeed) Apply with your resume.
