Job Title: Recruiting CoordinatorDuration: 12 Months ContractLocation: Los Angeles, CA 90064Notes:HR Coordinator12 Months (Possibile to full time)2 Rounds of interviewsPlanning processMarketing finance strategyEntertainment and Enterprise (50/50 On both)Performance managementsome Project management expResponsibilities include:The HR Business Partner team supports efforts to improve Client's company culture, increase morale, advocate employee engagement efforts, partner on employee relations issues, performance management, coaching, organizational issues and the development of leaders and managers. The group partners across the broader HR department and the company to provide value to management and the employees.Client is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the HR Business Partner teams for the Enterprise & Entertainment pillars. The broad scope of your work will involve supporting strategic projects and daily operations and projects. You will have a unique opportunity to gain visibility into different parts of the company and to enter into the HR generalist function at Client.Responsibilities:Serve as first point of contact for HR email inquiries, respond or refer to other departmentsAct as primary user of HRIS/Workday for transactions, regular and ad hoc reportingHelp with onboarding, termination and off-boarding processesManage HR distribution lists, shared drives, HR calendar of events, scheduling and logistics for meetings, updates OKRs and team roadmap, keeps organization charts current and provides general office supportAnalyze metrics to identify trends (e.g. turnover, new hire failure rate, etc.)Serve as project coordinator for projects; prepares status updates, builds decks and reports and synthesizes data/outcomes into a cohesive storyRequired Qualifications:2+ years experience working closely with HR professionals and systemsExperience supporting organizations with at least 500 employees or moreIdentify potential problems and recommend practical solutionsUnderstand when to escalate issues proactively and promptlyOutstanding customer service and a desire to help othersMaintain confidentiality with regard to all matters, data, and documentsBe articulate, communicate with peers, leaders, and all levels of employees.Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite tools (email, slides, calendar, shared docs, etc.), and instant messaging tools - Slack experience is a plus!Desired Qualifications:Undergraduate degree strongly preferredExperience supporting an HR department
