Details Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry unit in a hospital setting Weekend-only schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Patient population requires advanced respiratory and vascular support, including ventilator and tracheostomy management and central line care Requirements Active NM or multi-state compact RN license, currently in hand Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (RCIS and RQI certifications are not accepted) Minimum 2 years of recent LTAC or telemetry nursing experience required Vent/trach experience and central line knowledge required Wound care experience preferred No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months SSN and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Responsible for shift accountability, patient care planning using the Nursing Process, delegation, and supervision of assigned personnel Prior employment at any Kindred Hospital facility (permanent or contract) must be disclosed Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date American Traveler Job ID P-682578.
