Physician Assistant

Full time Physician Assistant needed for a busy Dermatology group practice in Orange County California.We have 3 office locations: San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, and Orange, CAWe are a group dermatology practice with 1 dermatologist, 2 physician assistants and an active clinical trials practice where we specialize in rare diseases.Our practice is comprehensive from Mohs surgery, Pediatric dermatology and surgery to cosmetic services.Our doctors are board certified in general dermatology, pediatric dermatology and mohs surgery Cosmetic services range from Botox, Fillers, sclerotherapy, microneedling with PRP, to various laser services below. Our lasers include vascular laser Excel V, laser Genesis, Sciton joule and BBL ( IPL), Pulsed Dye laser and Sciton Halo and full field erbium resurfacing, fraxyl laser and clear n brilliant, along with a psoriasis Excimer laser and Blue light for Ala-PDT. We are opening a new location in Orange and are looking for a PA to help staff these different locations.Competitive base salaried position (W-2) based on hourly rate with bonuses and/or additional compensation based on collections. Pay based on experience and training. Benefits include paid holidays, sick leave, vacation (PTO) which is accrual based on longevity, and health insurance (50% of employee cost is covered by employer). 401K plan with 3-4% matching and profit sharing plan available to eligible employees. Our physician assistant and office manager have been with our practice for over 7 years, we have very little turnover and are looking for a candidate interested in a long term position.
