We’re looking for an energetic Recruiter who’s excited to support staffing, recruitment, and phone coverage while making a real impact every day.Position: RecruiterLocation: 51 Century Boulevard, Suite 130 | Nashville, TN 37214Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMRotating on call responsibilities Why You’ll Love This RoleCompetitive Medical, Dental & Vision BenefitsMonthly Bonus OpportunitiesDaily Pay OptionPaid Time Off (PTO)Retirement Planning & Life InsuranceEmployee DiscountsOngoing Training & Career GrowthWhat You’ll DoAs a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive timely, high-quality care by helping build and support a strong caregiving team.Coordinate recruiting and staffing needs with the Agency Director, Regional Director, and HRSupport branch phone coverage as needed to assist caregivers, candidates, and clientsProactively source and recruit caregivers to meet current and anticipated staffing needsManage the full hiring cycle: sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and onboardingCoordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, references, and screeningsConduct new-hire orientations and serve as a welcoming first point of contactMaintain active employee files and ensure compliance with hiring standardsStay informed on local market trends and competitor activityPitch in where needed—because teamwork makes the dream work!What We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED required1+ year of recruiting experience (home care or healthcare preferred)Comfortable in a high-energy, in-office environmentStrong communication skills and a people-first mindsetProficiency with Microsoft OfficeOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple prioritiesResults-driven with a sense of urgency and professionalismWhy Addus?Because here, your work truly matters.
