North Chicago, IL 60064 (Hybrid)Contract - 12 Months (Possible Extensions)Pay - $38-$41/hourWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-performing finance team supporting manufacturing operations across multiple sites, including North Chicago and Branchburg. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in FP&A, standard costing, inventory accounting, and SAP, who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This is not a traditional finance role—it blends Financial Planning & Analysis with Cost Accounting, offering broad exposure to manufacturing finance operations, planning cycles, and month-end close activities.Work ScheduleHybrid schedule required Remote: Monday / Friday Onsite: Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday Location: North Chicago, IL Key ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Assist with standard cost setting for finished goods and devices produced through external manufacturing partners Perform detailed inventory reconciliations and analyze inventory movements/controls Forecast P&L impacts for Plan, LBE (Latest Best Estimates), and LRP cycles Prepare variance analysis, management reporting schedules, and planning submissions Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Brand teams, Accounting Shared Services, and Operations Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, SOX, and US GAAP Support ad hoc financial analysis and business decision-making initiatives Participate in third-party manufacturer inventory verification counts Support accounting for internal toll-manufacturing processes Required SkillsAdvanced Excel skillsStrong financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSAP experienceStrong understanding of balance sheet and P&L activityPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 4+ years of progressive Finance / Accounting experience Experience with manufacturing finance, inventory accounting, or cost accounting Knowledge of BPC preferred Familiarity with standard costing strongly preferred Why This Opportunity?Join a respected global organization focused on delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve lives worldwide.
