This is an opportunity to join a growing platform with strong client relationships and consistent deal flow, while working directly with experienced recruiters.The RoleWe are looking for a Talent Partner to help drive recruiting efforts across accounting and finance roles. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the corporate environment who is interested in building a career in recruiting.You will be responsible for identifying and engaging finance talent, managing candidate relationships, and supporting active searches from start to finish.This is a fully remote role and requires someone who is self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What You’ll Be DoingIdentify and engage accounting and finance professionals across various industriesConduct outreach, screening calls, and manage candidate relationshipsPartner with internal team members to understand client needs and search prioritiesHelp manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong organization and follow-throughBuild pipelines of talent across accounting, FP&A, tax, and finance leadership rolesLeverage tools (including AI-driven tools) to improve sourcing, outreach, and workflow efficiencyWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–5+ years of experience in a corporate or professional environment (finance, accounting, consulting, operations, etc.)Strong communication skills and ability to build relationshipsHigh level of ownership and ability to work independently in a remote settingComfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environmentNaturally curious, proactive, and resourcefulInterest in leveraging AI tools and modern technology to improve productivityPrior recruiting experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join 3 Bridge NetworksFully remote flexibilityExposure to high-quality clients across asset management, technology, and operating companiesOpportunity to work on impactful, senior-level searches (including VP, CFO, and leadership roles)Lean team with direct access to leadership and real responsibility from day oneStrong earning potential tied to performanceCompensationCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentives/commission
