Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist(s) (CRNA) Southern Maine Schedule: M-F 8 or 10 hour shifts, call shifts on Saturday and SundayDate of Need: ASAP Ongoing Cases: Orthopedics, general surgery, urology, podiatry, OB/GYN, ENT, and EndoAges: Adult onlyOn call: Rotate call 1:5 call on weekdays, weekends and holidays. Model: Care Team Model, CRNAs operate under Medical Direction EMR: EPIC Additional Details: Facility has 8 ORs in the main Surgical Suite; one OR located in FBU for c-sections and 2 endoscopy rooms. Endo suite is primarily conscious sedation. Facility provides anesthesia services for ECTs performed in PACU three days a week. OR start times begin at 0745. We run up to six ORs daily: with four rooms running until 4p and two rooms running until 6p. On call hours starts at 6p. In addition to the surgical case load and Endoscopy case load, the facility also provides anesthesia services to the following areas as the OR schedule allows: - Joint manipulations performed in PACU - Cardiac Cath Lab/Pacemaker generator change, etc. - Outpatient Dept: TEEs, Cardioversions, etc. - Radiology: CT and Interventional Radiology.
