We're creating an Enrollment Delivery Manager role to scale the operational engine that converts AI-matched patients into enrolled trial participants.This person owns the enrollment funnel end to end: qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization. You work across internal teams (clinical operations, technology, customer success) and external stakeholders (sites, sponsors, CROs, site networks) to drive throughput, remove friction, and ensure our growth doesn't outpace our ability to deliver.This is an operations leadership role. You will own enrollment outcomes and the processes behind them. As volume scales, you'll build and manage a team of Project Managers to expand delivery capacity.RequiredWho You Are5–8 years leading operational delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment; this could be clinical trials, healthcare services, logistics, consulting, or any industry where you managed end-to-end fulfillment across internal teams and external partnersExperience owning a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end; measuring drop-off at each stage, identifying bottlenecks, and improving throughput systematicallyTrack record of scaling an operational function in a fast-growing organization; building repeatable processes, reducing cycle times, and increasing capacity without proportionally increasing headcountExperience coordinating across multiple external partners (sites, vendors, clients, regulatory bodies) and internal teams across countries, cultures, and time zonesStrong analytical skills; you build dashboards, work in Excel, present in PowerPoint, and make operational decisions based on dataStructured project management discipline with the ability to run multiple parallel workstreams to deadline without dropping ballsHigh energy and comfort with ambiguity; this is a startup building a new function, not a process-following role at a large organizationNice To HaveExperience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical trials, or pharma services; you understand the regulatory and operational complexity of this industryOncology-specific knowledge (biomarker testing, treatment sequencing, clinical trial design)PMP or equivalent project management certificationBackground in operational value creation, management consulting, industrial engineering, or private equity portfolio operations; we value people who think about growth and operational rigor togetherExperience with AI-powered platforms or health technologyFamiliarity with patient recruitment vendors, site networks, or CRO enrollment operationsWhy This RoleYou will be building the delivery engine for a company in a high-growth phase where enrollment speed is the product.
