A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Project Scientist, Oncology. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, plan, implement, monitor, and report on clinical research trials Develop clinical research protocols and medical review plans, ensuring adherence to guidelines and safety procedures Communicate research findings and manage project budgets while training and mentoring study teamsRequired QualificationsA Master's Degree, Ph.D., Pharm.D., or a B.A./B.S. with relevant clinical research experience A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in Oncology Significant knowledge of basic and translational research related to cancer drug development Ability to work in a matrix team environment with a commitment to patient-centered clinical research
