The Director will align with key functions across the organization to influence development of our growth strategy, drive revenue growth, and enhance our market presence. This key leadership role requires an individual that can work across the business to blend market insights, customer needs, and technological advancements to engage PAC healthcare organizations to address their needs around compliance, provider retention, and ongoing education. The Director will coach and mentor the PAC sales team to meet or exceed all growth goals leveraging product, marketing, professional services, and customer success. This position is also responsible for driving strategic planning and contributing to process improvement initiatives within the Sales organization.What you'll be doing:Impacting the profitability of the company through strategic and tactical sales management and deal executionLeading a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to achieve sales goals in a high-growth environmentMonitoring employee performance and counselling to ensure compatibility, maximum effectiveness, and continued growth on a constant basis, including addressing personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with company policyDesigning, implementing, and managing overall territory effectivenessParticipating in programs developed by Revenue Enablement to ensure effective sales strategies, positioning, and best practicesWorking with Revenue Operations on performance management, reporting, forecasting and compensationCoordinating efforts with other internal teams and groups to ensure effectiveness and efficiencyOther duties as assignedQualifications7+ years Enterprise sales experience in a SaaS company5+ years experience leading and developing a high-performing sales teamDemonstrated understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, with specific experience selling into PAC organizations and navigating complex stakeholder environments (clinical, operational, compliance, IT, and executive buyers)Proven success selling SaaS solutions in a multi-product, platform-based environment, including the ability to position integrated offerings and drive expansion across multiple buying centersStrong ability to translate healthcare market trends, regulatory pressures, and customer challenges into clear value propositions and sales strategiesDemonstrable track record of driving and leading growth in prior rolesSaaS experience, and/or solutions experience within the healthcare sectorEnterprise sales experience as an individual contributorComfort managing a team quota of $5 million+Technical aptitude, and deep experience leveraging the capabilities of SalesforceStrong planning skills – both strategically and operationallyStrong business acumen, and deep understanding of cross-functional business metrics impacting sales, or impacted by sales activityPassionate about the customer and meeting their needsUnquestionable integrity combined with a solution-oriented mindsetAbility to prepare and present executive or client level presentationsAbility to participate at large, on-site events interacting with many customersAbility to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation and/or project management of departmental initiativesDemonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPI's, the frequency and impact of these root causes and your recommendations to double down or course-correct as neededExpertise with technology (Salesforce.com, Power Point, Excel, WebEx, web-based software applications, etc.)High level of organization, time management, self-initiativeHighly developed presentation and stand-up facilitation skillsStrong knowledge of hosted software applications (SaaS model) and how business systems integrateConstant thirst for learning and ability to figure out new approaches and learn all potential use cases for our different product offerings for the different segments of the marketEducation Required (Minimum required)Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related fieldIn Office RequirementThis role is ideally based near Relias' Morrisville, NC headquarters; however, remote candidates will be considered for the right experience and demonstrated fit. Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities.
