Inside Sales Representative
The ideal candidate for our inside sales team is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our inside sales team members work weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. onsite at IKO International's headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. Inside Sales Representatives are our company's passionate frontline customer service specialists, performing account management functions to fulfill customers' objectives. You must be comfortable responding to dozens of customer inquiries through email and via phone, identifying product solutions for customers, working independently and as part of a team, prospecting for new business, generating and closing sales. ResponsibilitiesManage and grow existing accountsOffer proactive support, build and maintain relationships with key personnel at assigned clientsNegotiate prices and terms of contracts with clients, as appropriate.Use SAP to enter and invoice; file sales orders at end of cycleSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsProspect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead informationIdentify customer's buying trends and provide reports to managementEnter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree and 1-2 years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and career experienceSAP, Salesforce CRM, and industrial sales experience are a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
