Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Leader based in NJ / NY. The Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing key accounts to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include leading sales presentations, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with diverse internal teams, and staying up-to-date with market trends within the commercial interior design industry. The Sales Leader will play a pivotal role in promoting and representing Gibson Interior Products' portfolio across the region. Qualifications Proven expertise in sales, business development, and account managementStrong knowledge of commercial furniture, textiles, or interior design products preferredExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunitiesTeam collaboration skills with the ability to guide and motivate team membersProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applicationsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferredKnowledge of the tri-state area market is a plus
