Production Associate, Wholesale Apparel

You will be working cross functionally with design, sourcing and overseas factories to bring product to life from development through delivery. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, love the details and want to grow your career at a company with iconic brands — this is the role for you!What You'll Do: Own purchase order creation and maintenance in RLM and manage style and costing updates in PLMBuild and maintain the WIP report across all active styles — monitoring progress from proto through TOP samplesCommunicate daily with overseas mills, trim suppliers, agents, vendors and factories to drive alignment on timelines and deliverablesReview and approve factory cost sheets in consultation with your manager — including FOB and DDP price negotiationFollow up on shipments and maintain accurate shipment tracking in RLMSupport product placement and sourcing initiatives alongside the production teamAttend and actively participate in Cross Functional Team meetings — serving as a key liaison between production and internal departmentsCollaborate closely with and report directly to the Production ManagerWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 2-3 years related experience in apparel or related fieldWorking knowledge of the full production process from development through finished goodsProficient in MS Office - particularly Excel RLM and PLM experience strongly preferredExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneouslyClear and confident communicator - comfortable working with overseas partners and across different time zonesA collaborative team player who thrives in a fast paced cross functional environmentCompensation: $70,000K — $75,000K commensurate with experienceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
