Position OverviewFujifilm is looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Director to enhance its expanding Digital Commerce and Photo Products sector, which includes photo storefronts, Print-to-Retail initiatives, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth. This pivotal role reports directly to the Vice President of Digital Commerce.In this position, you will take ownership of comprehensive commercial economics, working collaboratively with various teams to foster profitable growth. We are united by our mission to bring more smiles to the world.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesOversee and manage product-level unit economics for photo output products (prints, books, calendars, wall décor, etc.). Own and analyze gross margin, shipping margin, and contribution margin metrics. Develop comprehensive cost-to-serve frameworks by product, channel, and region. Collaborate with Operations to model and understand fulfillment, shipping, and laboratory expenses. Pricing, Promotions & Shipping StrategyAssess pricing and promotional proposals for their margin and contribution impacts. Model trade-offs between free shipping, flat-rate shipping, and various thresholds. Support strategic shipping decisions with compelling data-driven recommendations. Establish margin guardrails and profitability criteria for offers and marketing campaigns. Marketing & Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) PartnershipWork closely with Growth/Marketing teams to analyze CAC, conversion rates, and incrementality. Link acquisition costs to contribution margins and customer lifetime value. Ensure alignment of promotional and media strategies with overarching profitability objectives. Reporting & Decision SupportCreate clear, actionable dashboards that showcase: Gross margin Contribution margin Shipping cost per order Unit economics for each product Provide insights for weekly and monthly business reviews, focusing on actionable outcomes. Convert financial analysis into executive-ready recommendations. Future-State EnablementFacilitate the transition from supplier-led models to DTC ownership. Assist in designing commercial frameworks for: Print-to-Retail (P2R) initiatives Marketplace and partner-led channels International market expansion Collaborate with Financial leadership to ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards. Required Skills/Education7-10+ years of experience in commercial finance, ecommerce finance, or strategic finance. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. Proven experience in consumer, ecommerce, or physical goods sectors. Deep understanding of unit economics, margin analysis, and customer acquisition costs. Advanced Excel modeling capabilities. Proven ability to influence and work cross-functionally. Desired SkillsExperience in ecommerce, marketplace strategies, or omnichannel retail. Familiarity with shipping, fulfillment, or supply chain cost modeling. Background in DTC or subscription-based business environments. Comfort in ambiguous and start-up-like situations.
