Client Success Manager (Retention & Growth)NextGen Coding CompanyLocation: United States (Remote, NYC preferred) Compensation: $25 per hour Engagement Type: Contract (10–20 hours per week)OverviewNextGen Coding Company is a U.S.-based software engineering firm delivering custom platforms, AI systems, automation tools, and enterprise software solutions.The company is seeking a Client Success Manager focused on supporting client retention, relationship management, and follow-through across active projects.This role ensures clients remain engaged during and after delivery, that communication is consistent, and that all next steps and follow-on opportunities are tracked and organized.The position works closely with the Delivery Manager and Sales team to support retention and future growth across accounts.Role OverviewSupport client relationships after deals are closedEnsure consistent communication and follow-ups across all accountsTrack client status, satisfaction, and next stepsMaintain engagement during and after project deliveryHelp organize and track follow-on opportunitiesKey ExpectationsPrimary responsibility is execution and follow-through, not closing or strategyEnsure every client has a documented “next phase” or follow-up planMaintain clear and accurate tracking of all client communicationProactively follow up with clients and internal teamsOperate reliably with minimal supervisionResponsibilitiesClient Relationship SupportSchedule and coordinate client meetings and check-insFollow up with clients after calls, milestones, and deliverablesMaintain consistent communication cadence across all accountsRetention & TrackingMaintain client tracking sheet (status, satisfaction, next phase)Monitor engagement and flag risks or inactivityEnsure no client is lost after project deliveryPost-Project Follow-UpCoordinate post-delivery check-insEnsure follow-up conversations are scheduled and completedHelp maintain ongoing engagement with past clientsExpansion SupportDocument potential follow-on opportunities identified by Delivery or SalesTrack next-phase ideas and ensure they are not lostAssist in organizing information for future proposalsInternal CoordinationWork closely with Delivery Manager and Sales teamEnsure alignment between client expectations and internal updatesKeep communication organized across teamsRequired Experience2–5 years experience in client success, account support, or operationsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience working in client-facing or fast-paced environmentsAbility to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneouslyReliable, detail-oriented, and proactiveIdeal Candidate ProfileStrong communicator with attention to detailHighly organized and consistent with follow-throughComfortable working with both clients and internal teamsAble to track multiple moving parts without missing detailsInterested in client success, operations, or consulting environmentsPerformance MetricsConsistency and timeliness of client follow-upsAccuracy of client tracking and documentationNumber of clients with defined next stepsResponsiveness and communication reliabilityAbout NextGen Coding CompanyNextGen Coding Company builds enterprise software platforms, AI systems, automation tools, and data infrastructure for organizations across multiple industries.
