Social Media Marketing InternWest Palm Beach, FLWe are seeking a highly creative, digitally fluent Social Media Marketing Intern to work directly with LAVARA’s Head of Marketing in building and executing the company’s social media and digital marketing strategy.ROLE OVERVIEWThis is a hands-on, execution-focused internship for someone who understands social media culture, premium brand storytelling, and performance marketing.The successful candidate will contribute to LAVARA’s social media presence across content creation, campaign execution, community management, paid advertising, and brand development.This role offers meaningful exposure to how a luxury brand builds and scales its digital identity in a competitive market.IMPORTANT – INTERNSHIP STRUCTUREThis is an unpaid internship opportunity designed to provide structured, real-world experience within a luxury brand environment.The focus is on:Mentorship from marketing leadership Portfolio and skills development Hands-on execution experience Exposure to both creative and performance marketing There is no fixed salary or wage attached to this role.In certain cases, the company may offer discretionary support or performance-based assistance, depending on contribution and business needs. Future paid opportunities may be considered based on performance and company growth, but are not guaranteed.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSocial Media Strategy & Brand DevelopmentWork directly with the Head of Marketing on social media strategy execution Assist in shaping LAVARA’s visual identity and brand storytelling Ensure consistency across all platforms Support development of content pillars aligned with luxury positioning Content Creation & PublishingCreate and coordinate daily content across platforms Assist with short-form video, reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content Write captions aligned with brand tone Maintain content calendar and posting schedule Paid Social & Campaign ExecutionAssist with Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) setup and optimization Support targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing Help monitor performance and improve results Community ManagementManage engagement across social platforms Respond to messages and comments in brand voice Support audience growth initiatives Performance & InsightsTrack engagement, growth, and campaign performance Assist with reporting and optimisation insights Identify high-performing content formats Research & Trend AnalysisMonitor competitor brands and luxury marketing trends Suggest new content ideas and formats IDEAL CANDIDATEStrong interest in luxury, design, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands Confident using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid ads Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content Strong visual and creative instincts Excellent written communication skills Self-motivated, organised, and proactive BONUS SKILLSMeta Ads Manager experience Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite Photography / videography skills E-commerce or conversion marketing exposure Use of AI tools in marketing workflows WHAT YOU’LL GAINDirect mentorship from senior marketing leadership Real-world experience building a luxury brand Exposure to both creative and performance marketing Portfolio-ready campaign work Practical experience in digital brand growth TO APPLYPlease submit your CV to recruitment@lavaraworld.com
