What You'll Do:Develops lesson plans to address those needs to include individualized training for assignmentsProvides necessary instruction for Adult Basic Education/General Education Development programAdministers necessary testsEvaluate inmates provides necessary direction for inmatesMaintains discipline and/or security of instructional areaAttends education meetings, unit staff meetings and in-service trainingPrepares required records and reportsMaintains inventory and orders supplies and materials neededPerforms other education and/or related duties as requested by education administratorsPerforms other duties as required on assignmentApplicants who possess a Baccalaureate degree & an Adult Educator four year permit and/or are eligible to receive a four-year permit from the Ohio Department of Education, may be considered.Any current Teacher Certificate appropriate grade level to be assigned; Teacher 1, 71721, must also have baccalaureate degree or less;Job Skills: Education, Developing Others, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Awareness, Customer Focus
