We’re proud to be an industry leader that puts people first and offers meaningful career growth.Position: Association ManagerLocation: Kentucky Regional Office – Erlanger, KYSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5:00PM (evenings and occasional weekends as needed)Pay: $56,000 - $64,000 annually + annual bonusesHiring Bonus: $1000Position OverviewThe Association Manager is the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and Towne Properties. You’ll help ensure communities run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Association operations and ensure management obligations are metSupport Boards with goal-setting, annual budgeting, and financial oversightObtain bids, manage vendors, and oversee contracted servicesEvaluate maintenance needs, repairs, and capital projectsConduct weekly property inspections for maintenance, safety, and compliancePrepare violation and enforcement communications as directed by the BoardAttend Board meetings and collaborate with committees to complete projectsQualifications2+ years of HOA/COA management or related experience (property management, hospitality, lodging, recreation, etc.)Strong financial and analytical skillsExperience working with Boards and professional meeting proceduresFlexibility for evening Board meetingsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi preferredExcellent organizational, administrative, and communication skillsCMCA certification preferred or willingness to obtainValid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and auto insuranceBenefits & PecksMedical, dental, vision, life insurance & FSA options401(k) with company match, annual bonus opportunities and generous PTOTraining and certification support through Towne UniversitySupportive team culture, referral bonuses, and recognition programsEnergage Top Workplace (2018–2025)Apply now and start building your future with us!Towne Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
