Role DescriptionPart-time or full-time This Eyebrow Microblading Clinician is an on-site position located in a medical spa in Glenview, IL. The clinician will perform professional eyebrow microblading services, including consultations, designing and executing customized treatments based on client needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, providing aftercare recommendations and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.Candidates must be professional, highly motivated, responsible, have a keen esthetic eye and provide superb customer service. Candidates must have completed their microblading certification and have experience.Full-time and part-time positions available. Flexible schedule. Excellent compensation. Qualifications Proficiency in Eyebrow Microblading techniques and familiarity with microshading or other semi-permanent makeup applicationsKnowledge of proper sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene practicesStrong understanding of facial symmetry and design to achieve personalized and natural-looking resultsExcellent communication and consultative skills to assess client needs and provide guidanceAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanorRelevant certification in eyebrow microblading and a valid license in compliance with Illinois state regulationsDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality resultsPrevious experience in a medical spa or cosmetic setting is a plus
