Role DescriptionPart-Time or Full-TimeResponsibilities include performing lash extension services tailored to client preferences and maintaining a clean, sanitized work environment. The technician will handle consultations, apply lash extensions and provide aftercare advice to ensure client satisfaction. Additional duties may include maintaining inventory, scheduling appointments and staying updated on industry trends and techniques. Technicians must be professional, motivated, have a keen esthetic eye, always looking to improve and provide superb customer service. Experience necessary. Client before and after photos preferred. Qualifications Skills in eyelash extension application, styling, and maintenanceKnowledge of safety and sanitation standards, hygiene practices, and aftercare for lash extensionsStrong customer service and communication skills to build rapport with clientsAttention to detail and precision in handling delicate tasksCertifications or licenses required for performing lash extensions in the state of IllinoisAbility to maintain professionalism and contribute to a welcoming spa environment
