Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Irvine, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,640 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/21/2026 About the Position Shift: Night, 3 × 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Start Date: April 21, 2026 Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care and discharge planning Conduct admission, continued stay, and retrospective reviews Evaluate medical necessity using InterQual & Milliman criteria Manage insurance appeals and denials Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, CPT/ICD-10, DRG, HEDIS, and Joint Commission standards Document and report accurately in Epic or other charting systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with payers/patients Requirements Education & Licensure: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required Active California RN license (must be in hand; no pending or EMSA) BLS certification required Chemo certification encouraged but not required Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience (2 years in specialty preferred) Case management or utilization review experience highly valued Travel experience
