Wepartner closely with dispensaries across Oregon to deliver products customers trust while continuing togrow our presence in key markets.Position OverviewWe are hiring Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to support our Portland and Eugene territories. This is afield-based role focused on building relationships with dispensaries, educating budtenders and customers,and supporting in-store promotions and events.Please indicate your preferred territory (Portland or Eugene) when applying.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with dispensary staff and retail partners.Educate budtenders and customers on products, promotions, and brand messaging.Execute in-store demos, pop-ups, and promotional events.Provide feedback from the field on product performance and customer insights.Support sales initiatives and brand visibility in assigned territory.Transport and manage promotional materials as needed.RequirementsMust be at least 21 years of age in accordance with state cannabis regulations.Active OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required.Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory; valid driver's license and insurancerequired for roles involving driving.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.Comfortable working evenings and weekends based on business needs.Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.Preferred ExperienceCannabis retail, brand ambassador, or field marketing experience.Customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, or promotions.Strong cannabis product knowledge.Compensation & Perks$25.00 per hour.Flexible part-time schedule.Opportunity to build experience in cannabis sales and field marketing.Work with a growing, established cannabis brand.Equal Opportunity EmployerBuddies is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and localemployment laws.
