The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the "ownership" mentality required to drive projects to completion without constant supervision.The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to act as the right hand to the partners.Core ResponsibilitiesManage light bookkeeping and expense reimbursements.Provide oversight into active sales deals, ensuring that stakeholders are updated and nothing falls through the cracks.Monitor the sales pipeline and alert leadership to bottlenecks or urgent priorities.Manage a complex, fast-moving calendar, prioritizing high-value meetings.Act as the primary point of contact for partner follow-ups, ensuring external relationships are nurtured, and tasks are executed.Administrative Excellence:Anticipate needs before they arise and take initiative to solve problems.Draft high-level correspondence and ensure the executive's time is spent on the highest-priority tasks.Key Requirements & SkillsExperience: 3+ years in an EA, Operations, or Project Coordination role.Financial Literacy: Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and budget coordination.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in (xx) and advanced scheduling tools.The "It" Factor:Fast-Paced: You move quickly but don't sacrifice accuracy.Motivated: You are driven by results and take pride in "leveling up" the executive you support.Initiative: You don't wait for a to-do list; you create it
