Medical Assistant Location: Tarzana, CA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $920 to $1,080 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00/Hourly. Summary: A Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) provides both clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers in medical offices and healthcare facilities. CMAs assist physicians with patient care, perform basic clinical procedures, manage medical records, and help ensure smooth daily operations of the healthcare facility. Responsibilities: ⁠Take and record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and weight. Prepare patients for medical examinations and procedures. Assist physicians during exams and minor procedures. Collect and prepare laboratory specimens . Administer medications or injections as directed by the physician. Perform basic clinical tasks such as EKG tests and wound care . Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year experience Required, Must have Orthopedic Experience, Epic experience Required, BLS Certification, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
