Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the Phlebotomy Training Coordinator plays a key role in onboarding, training, and supporting phlebotomy staff across the laboratory and clinical areas.In this role, you will guide new hires to ensure they follow proper laboratory protocols and procedures, maintain training materials, and support daily phlebotomy operations.
