About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you’ll work with pre-qualified clients who have requested information. This role offers the flexibility to work 100% remote or in-office. There is no cold calling and no prospecting. Responsibilities Consult with clients over the phone to understand their needs Customize coverage options to fit each family Provide a professional, service-focused client experience Work collaboratively with a team and leadership for training and support Maintain organized and accurate client records Qualifications Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment Strong verbal communication skills Service-oriented mindset Coachable and open to feedback Self-motivated and hardworking Positive, growth-focused attitude Athletic or competitive backgrounds are a plus, but not required.
