This is a 1099, commission-based role designed for those who want the freedom of a hybrid schedule and the massive upside of the Seattle real estate market.Earnings: Current representatives are on track for $126,000 – $167,000+.Lead Flow: You aren't just cold calling; you’ll manage inbound/outbound leads, get qualified appointments, and negotiate contracts directly with homeowners.No License Required: We value sales "DNA" over certifications.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Seattle, WA, with primarily remote work. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to leads, running pre-set qualified appointments with homeowners, and presenting offers to negotiate contracts to purchase real estate. In addition successful sales representatives will always need to be prospecting for their own leads and appointments in addition to the ones provided by the company. Daily tasks will include handling inbound and outbound sales calls, maintaining CRM excellence, coordinating with team members, and identifying opportunities for growth.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a specific "DNA."
