Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging instruction to 9 students in an Autism and Intellectual Disability-focused classroom.Guide lessons integrating functional and life skills-utilizing tools like a mini-kitchen, laundry, and organizing multiple field trips.Collaborate with two paraprofessionals to ensure a positive, supportive learning environment.Maintain effective classroom management and communicate regularly with families and staff.Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet unique student needs.
