Junior/Midlevel L&E Associate

Our client, a thriving AmLaw 200 firm, has asked us to find a strong junior to midlevel associate to focus on Labor & Employment in Chicago. This is an UNPOSTED position and a great opportunity to join a growing group & get considerable hands-on experience.The ideal candidate will have:2-4 years of employer-side litigation experience Experience must include representing employers before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies. Experience with traditional management-side labor law is a plus.Competitive compensation (starting around $230,000 - $280,000 DOE) & bonus structure – including a billable hour bonus as well as a discretionary bonus.1,900 billable hour target (includes 100 pro bono hours). Hybrid working model with 3 core days in office. Licensed in IL or willingness to get licensed in IL.
