A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM • 36 guaranteed hours per week • 1:4 weekend schedule required • One overnight trauma call shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM required • Specialty team call schedules may apply (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho) • Minimum 3 years Level 1 trauma center experience required • At least 2 years of operating room experience required • Must be competent in Robotics (DaVinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies, Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies • Specialize in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures • Care for patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics • 1:1 patient ratio • Work with Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot equipment • Use Epic EMR system • CNOR certification preferred • Proof of Flu vaccination required • Wear teal scrubs issued by the hospital • Must demonstrate flexibility, accountability, timeliness, and teamwork Facility: This major medical center operates as a Level One Trauma Center with a comprehensive 26-bed operating room department.
