Job Opportunity: Mental Health TherapistWe are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive outpatient support to children, adolescents, and adults.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver individual, family, and, when suitable, group therapy using evidence-based methods tailored to each client's specific needs.Conduct detailed clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses as necessary, and create personalized treatment plans that align with client objectives and clinical best practices.Maintain a manageable caseload, meeting regularly with clients to monitor progress, assess treatment effectiveness, and modify interventions as required.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions, including intake evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, while adhering to HIPAA and ethical standards.Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team, which may include other therapists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community professionals.Engage in case consultations, coordinate care as necessary, and provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.Conduct risk assessments and implement crisis intervention and safety planning when concerns arise, such as suicidality or significant safety issues.Working EnvironmentOur organization is committed to providing personalized, client-centered care.
