Job Opportunity: Mental Health TherapistOur organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This role involves delivering exceptional outpatient behavioral health care to individuals and families throughout Massachusetts.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based, patient-centered therapy to children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions.Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and create tailored treatment plans.Offer ongoing individual, family, and, when suitable, group psychotherapy using clinically sound, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive methods.Regularly evaluate progress towards treatment goals, modify interventions as necessary, and collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and community resources to ensure holistic care.Maintain precise, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in our electronic health record system, including intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, risk assessments, and discharge summaries, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.Implement established protocols for crisis intervention and safety planning, including assessing risk of harm and developing safety plans, while collaborating with supervisors or crisis services when higher levels of care are required.Working EnvironmentAs a member of our organization, you will thrive in a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere that values both patient care and clinician well-being.
