Location: South San Francisco HQ with the flexibility to work from home 1–2 times a week after successful onboarding. What You'll Do Cash posting and reconciling Handle prepaids, deposits, and accruals Create and enter monthly journal entries for various accounts Create and enter inter-company journal entries and settle inter-company accounts Reconcile various accounts Assist with financial reporting Prepare and gather information and reports requested by auditors Assist with special projects as needed Foster a strong working relationship with external and internal stakeholders What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required 4+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting is a plus) CPA (nice to have, but not required) Working experience with GAAP Proficient in Excel Experience with NetSuite is a plus Data analytics skills Detail-oriented approach with strong organization skills Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and listening skills Demonstrated ability to embrace and adapt to change Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively in teams, absorb information quickly, and have a deep desire to learn and succeed What Else You Need to Know The starting cash range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000. The final cash pay will depend on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, location, and projected impact. The total compensation package may also include equity compensation; overtime pay; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
