This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for returning students by maintaining accurate records, managing communication workflows, and assisting with readmission processes.Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update student records within the College¿s CRM and student information systemsProcess applications for readmission, including reviewing documentation and verifying eligibility requirementsCommunicate with prospective returning students regarding application status, deadlines, and next stepsEnsure compliance with FERPA and institutional policies when handling student recordsTrack and manage CRM workflows, tasks, and communications related to readmissionCollaborate with Admissions, Academic Advising, and academic departments to facilitate timely decisionsRespond to student inquiries via phone, email, and CRM platforms in a professional and customer-focused mannerAssist with data validation, reporting, and record auditsProvide general administrative support to the Registrar¿s Office as neededRequired Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree *and* One year of related work experience.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyPreferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a higher education environmentFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Element 451, Salesforce, Slate, Banner, or similar systems)Customer service or administrative support experienceKnowledge of student records or enrollment processesProposed SalaryThe proposed Salary for this position is $14.00 - $16.00USG Core ValuesThe University System of Georgia is comprised of our 25 institutions of higher education and learning as well as the System Office.
