This position is integral to our operations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring inventory accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in identifying and obtaining the correct parts for their vehicles.Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner.Process orders and handle transactions accurately.Provide technical assistance and support to customers as needed.Maintain a clean and organised workspace.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.RequirementsPrevious experience in a parts counter or similar role is preferred.Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with computer systems and inventory management software.Nice to haveCertification in automotive technology or related field.Experience with specific automotive brands or models.Ability to speak additional languages.
