OverviewIn this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty at Max Motors Dealerships. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns while providing expert advice on vehicle services and repairs.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assess their service needs.Provide accurate and detailed information regarding services and repairs.Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of services.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.RequirementsProven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of automotive services and repairs is advantageous.Nice to haveExperience with dealership management software.Additional certifications in customer service or automotive technology.
