This position plays a crucial role in supporting our service and sales teams by providing the necessary parts and components.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the inventory of parts and ensure all stock levels are maintained.Assist customers and technicians in finding the right parts for their needs.Process orders and shipments of parts promptly and accurately.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the parts department.Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.RequirementsPrevious experience in a parts or inventory management role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.A valid driver’s licence and the ability to lift heavy items.Nice to haveKnowledge of automotive parts and their applications.Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.Team player with a positive attitude.
