Our vision is to empower every health and fitness professional with modern tools to unlock their potential—leveraging AI to revolutionize the industry while keeping the human touch at the heart of coaching.The OpportunityWe're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Demand Gen who lives and breathes fitness and knows how to scale B2B SaaS companies that serve independent operators. You'll own our demand generation engine end-to-end—from audience identification and channel strategy through analytics, attribution, and conversion. This role demands both analytical rigor and creative instinct: someone who can stand up a Looker dashboard in the morning, write a press release at lunch, and host a VIP coach dinner that night.You'll be building for a uniquely fragmented audience—coaches who operate as solo CEOs of their own businesses—and that means our growth strategy has to blend digital precision with community-driven, in-person moments that earn trust.What You'll OwnFull-Funnel Demand GenerationDevelop partner-powered growth loops (referrals, embedded offers, integrations, in-product prompts) that turn partnerships into repeatable growth channelsIdentify new coach segments and run go-to-market experiments to validate scalable growth potentialCommunity & Brand ActivationAmplify Everfit's presence through community-driven marketing—drawing inspiration from how brands like Lululemon and Gymshark built loyalty through local activations and creator partnershipsEmpower our coaches as the small-business CEOs they are, with campaigns and resources that recognize the independent, fragmented nature of the fitness pro audienceCreate memorable, shareable brand moments that earn attention without overwhelming the audienceMarketing Tech, Analytics & AIOwn the marketing tech stack end-to-end: tool selection, implementation, and optimization (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, HubSpot/Marketo, Apollo, attribution platforms)Establish and track core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, channel ROI) and build dashboards leadership can actually useRun A/B tests across landing pages, ad creative, email, and CTAs; build multi-touch attribution models so we understand what's actually workingLeverage AI as a productivity multiplier—lead enrichment and scoring, content drafting, workflow automation—and stay ahead of emerging surfaces like answer-engine optimization and AI-powered ad platformsContent & Sales AlignmentPartner tightly with sales on pipeline generation, enablement, and ICP refinement; bring a sales mindset to marketing decisionsContribute directly to thought leadership content (blog posts, press, campaign copy) when speed and voice matterIdeally, You Have4+ years of growth marketing or demand generation experience at B2B SaaS companies, ideally serving SMBs, solopreneurs, or independent operatorsProven track record of scaling paid acquisition channels with measurable ROI (LinkedIn paid ads experience a strong plus)Hands-on experience standing up analytics infrastructure—not just using it.
