Our client, a Fortune 100 technology organization specializing in business productivity and application platforms, is looking to hire a Content Marketing Manager in Sunnyvale, CA.Pay Rate Range: $75 to $85/hr on w2, depending on experienceResponsibilities:Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to own content marketing end-to-end for a leading global technology organization. This role will drive content strategy, creation, scaling, and quality across a portfolio of products used by businesses worldwide.You will define what content is needed, ensure it is created to a high standard, and deliver it through the right channels to drive engagement, conversion, and adoption. A key focus will be leveraging AI-powered tools to scale content production while maintaining exceptional quality, clarity, and consistency.Key Responsibilities1. Define Content StrategyTranslate business priorities, product messaging, and go-to-market plans into a clear content roadmapSupport product launches and feature releases with the right content assets (web, campaigns, supporting materials)Identify content gaps across customer personas and lifecycle stagesDevelop content to support thought leadership, customer stories, and organic discovery2. Scale Content ProductionLeverage AI tools to create scalable, efficient content workflows (prompts, templates, automation)Build repeatable systems to produce high-quality content across channelsStreamline content processes from draft to publication to improve speed and efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely content delivery3. Own Content QualityEnsure all content meets high standards for clarity, accuracy, tone, and effectivenessReview, edit, and refine content created by team members and AI toolsProvide actionable feedback to improve overall content outputMaintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all assets4. Maintain Content Accuracy & CoverageEstablish processes to keep content up to date across products and audiencesIdentify and address outdated or inconsistent contentEnsure strong coverage across key topics relevant to customers5.
